Free boutique reservation

Thanks to our boutique reservation service, you can store the chosen item and come try it into the boutique before finalizing your purchase.  Each item is stored for a maximum period of one day. You will pay your purchase directly on site without additionally fees.

Personalized delivery

Free delivery on orders over 90€ with Relais Colis in France only. Different delivery methods are available for France:

- Standard delivery with Colissimo from 2 to 5 days, 6.90€

- Delivery with Point Relais from 3 to 5 days, 4.50€

- Delivery with Chronopost 24h, 13€

For other countries we deliver through UPS services: 13 € for Germany, Italy and Spain ; 13£ for the United Kingdom

The estimated delivery is indicated on you order summary.

15 days to return

French law stipulates that you have a 15 day cooling-off period, which begins once you receive your order.

Your refund will be processed as soon as AIGLE received your returned goods. See return terms.

Free return with Relais Colis

If you choose this type of shipment, return fees are offered. You will have nothing to pay at your relay point where you return your order. See return terms.

E-shop or boutique exchanges

To exchange an item bought on the e-shop, you have to return the item and place a new order. See exchange terms.

 You have the choice to return directly an item at the boutique and to process to an exchange for an equal or a greater value. Before, you have to get a return coupon. See exchange terms.

However, refunds won’t be made at the boutique.

Viewing orders 

A tracking number is transmitted by email when your order is shipped. This tracking number is also available in the part “orders” of your Aigle account.
