HOW LONG IS MY PERSONAL DATA KEPT FOR?
For Personal Data processing in relation to the management of e-commerce customers, Store customers and prospects, in particular including customer relations management, marketing campaigns management, tracking in-store e-reservations, defective items management and parcel tracking, we will apply the following data storage durations:
- Personal Data in relation to customers: duration of the contractual relationship, increased by the durations established by legal requirements, that is to say, 5 years;
- The data in relation to non-customer prospects: 3 years, starting from the last active contact with our brand;
- Purchase history and browsing history cookies: 13 months;
- Number and expiry date of a bank card: 13 months, following the debit date or 15 months in the case of a deferred debit card payment;
- The CVC number; the transaction time;
- Videos taken by our video surveillance cameras: 30 days
The deletion of your Personal Data from our active database will be followed by an intermediate archiving period of certain Personal Data in order to meet our legal, accounting and fiscal obligations and also to be able to manage any possible complaints and guarantee requests, within the limit of the applicable statute of limitations.
In the case in which your Personal Data is subsequently archived, they will automatically be irreversibly anonymised.
