Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Aigle of their decision before the expiry of the withdrawal period, either:
- by email: serviceclient@aigle.com
- or via the withdrawal form available here.
The Customer then has a period of fourteen (14) days from the communication of their decision to withdraw to return the Product(s) to Aigle, at their own expense, unless Aigle offers to collect them.
The Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and original packaging, allowing them to be resold.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, socks);
- Gift cards that have already been used in whole or in part.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period, Aigle shall reimburse the Customer for all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which Aigle is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
The reimbursement may be deferred until the Products have been recovered or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method. No fees will be charged in this respect.
