1. Customer account

  • How to create my account?
    To create your account on the online shop, visit here and enter your email address, which becomes your username as well as the other required information in the appropriate fields.
  • How do I change my account?
    It is very simple to change your password, or your billing information. Click here or go to the section "My account" and enter your username and password. Once connected, you can view and change your personal information.
  • I forgot my password, how do connect me to my account?
    When you click on the link forgotten password, please fill in the email address used to create your account. Your password will be sent to you by email instantly. Be sure to check in your junk mail or your spam if not received.
  • How to register for the newsletter?
    Sign up for the newsletter of the online store by clicking here or by entering your email from the home page in the section newsletter at the bottom of page. You will be informed of the online store and our exclusive offers.
  • How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
    You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the top and bottom newsletters that you receive. You can also do it in your account, in the "Newsletter" section.   • What do you do with my personal information?
    The information that you send us to operate your order is used as part of our commercial relationship. In no way this information may be shared with third parties or sold. According to the law of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access and rectification of personal data about you. Aigle, responsible of the treatment, is implementing a treatment of personal data about you for the purposes of optimally managing the customer relationship and to ensure the follow-up of your orders.
    The data collected are necessary for this treatment and are intended for the services concerned of Aigle, as well as, as appropriate, to its subcontractors or service providers. Some of the collected data, including data for the payment of your orders, can be transferred to contractors or subcontractors in the U.S., countries not recognized by the European Commission as with a level of adequate protection. As such, a convention of transborder, in line with the contractual clauses types of the European Commission, was concluded with these companies. A copy of this document can be obtained by contacting dataprotection@aigle.com. The collected data is preserved during the duration of trade relations and maximum 3 years after the end of these relationships (for example from the last purchase and our last contact). Pursuant to the legislation in force, you have a right of access, rectification or erasure, limitation of the treatment of your data, a right of opposition, a right to the portability of your data and the right to set the guidelines for the fate of your data after your death, exerted by e-mail to dataprotection@aigle.com or by mail to the attention of the legal department / responsible for personal data, to the following address 23-25 rue de Provence - 75009 Paris (France), accompanied by a copy of an identity card.  You finally have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
    About your bank information (bank card), they are used as part of your payment at our secure payment partner Ayden. We don't keep any of your banking information.  
  • Can I keep my cart from one visit to another?
    You can find the items that you added to the basket for a period of 4 hours (within the limit of available stocks), by following the steps below:

    -connect from the same computer,
    -appointment on the same browser,
    -use the same domain: https://www.aigle.com/,
    -sign in with the same account.

2. Order

  • How to place my order on Aigle eshop?
    To place an order on Aigle eshop, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can navigate by searching by type of articles or universe. Then select the items you want to purchase by clicking on 'Add to Cart '. Once your products in the shopping cart, you can check the content of it by clicking on the basket, then let you guide by clicking on the button "order". Your order is prepared within 48 hours in our warehouses, then passed to the carrier. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after delivery of your order to the carrier.
  • What are the times of support for my order?
    All orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended if one of your articles is in transit to our warehouse. In the event of delays to shipping our customer service will contact you directly.  You are also informed by email about tehe confirmation then shipping of your order.
  • How do I know where's my order?
    We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after the validation of your order. In this e-mail you will find a summary of your order and a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Validated", "Being prepared" and finally "Dispatched".

3. Payment

  • What are the types of payment accepted?

    We only accept the following payments :

    Credit card, Visa card, Mastercard, Paypal.

    Payments are totally secure by our partner Adyen, European leader in online payments.

  • What are credit cards accepted?
    You can use the following payment cards on Aigle eshop: credit card, Visa, and Mastercard.
  • How is the payment secure?
    Aigle eshop uses the solution Adyen, recognized by the major players in the financial world. It has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy. Adyen e-commerce is the payment solution adopted by many thousands of e-commerce websites. You will recognize these sites through the payment secured by Adyen mention that appears on the payment page.  
  • My discount code does not work what do I do?
    Think to check the validity date of your discount code. Also, be sure to respect the box and enter your code without space. Remember to clear the cache of your computer. If your code works, a text will appear to tell you that your coupon has been taken into account. The codes are not cumulative: If you have several, one of them can be used when ordering. After you follow these procedures and in which case the code would not work, do not hesitate to contact customer service by email.

4. Delivery

  • What are the options and delivery rates?
    Your order will be carried by DHL to be delivered in the United Kingdom. Your order is prepared within 48 hours in our warehouses, it is then given to the carrier. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

  • What is the delivery time?
    Delivery times are around 4 business days. This corresponds to the time of preparation of your order in our warehouse (destocking, verification, preparation package, packaging, labelling,...), your order is then given to the carrier. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended if one of your articles is in transit to our warehouse. In this case, shipping time may be extended to a maximum of 13 days.
  • Can I be delivered abroad?
    We currently deliver the United Kingdom.
  • What should I do if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
    The parcel is delivered directly to you, and if you aren't at home at this time, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. The notice shall indicate the time and the day of passage as well as the post office in which you can collect the package. You must attend the post office indicated the passage form filed by the factor and an ID to remove. You will have a period of 14 days, beyond the parcel will be returned.
  • What should I do if I do not receive my order?
    If you still have not received your package after 7 days and no notice has been filed to you, remember to check the status of your order through the tracking code you received in your shipping confirmation email. You can also contact customer service by email.
  • What if my product is damaged or if I have not received the ordered product?
    In these cases please contact the customer service before returning the article to know how to proceed. For this it is very simple, simply contact customer service by email.

5. Return and refund

  • How do I return a product and how long do I have?
    To return the product you don't want to keep, just follow these 3 steps:

    1. Complete the form you received in your parcel.
    2. Include this form in your parcel along with your unworn item in its original packaging with the label and any accessories that came with it.
    3. Address your parcel as shown below. Take it to your local post office for weighing and pay the required postage.

    Return shipping costs are in charge of the customer.

    You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to return the product you do not want to keep.

  • How much costs me the return of a product?
    In case the return is due to an error on our part, of course the expenses of reforwarding will be fully reimbursed on receipt. In any other cases return shipping costs are in charge of the customer.
  • What method of payment am I reimbursed?
    Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the payment and refunded under the label "Aigle.com", through our partner Adyen payment within 15 days from the date of the return of the package.

6. Technical problems

  • I do not receive your order and shipping confirmation emails?
    These emails can be found in your 'spam' of your email software folder, these are indeed more sensitive to protect the privacy of their users by identifying emails that are not part of your c ontact for example. We recommend that you allow the domain  aigle.com in your anti-spam and/or your e-mail.
  • I can't make my payment, what should I do?
    If your payment does not succeed, check that your card numbers or that the expiration date are not wrong. Check with your bank that it does not block the regulations. For reasons of security, the customer service has no access to your contact information bank but remains at your disposal to help you.
  • What browsers Internet should I use to successfully access Aigle eshop?
    Aigle eshop is available with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher, as well as all versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera.
