Our iconic double-strap boot Made in France revisited by 8 guests. Aigle celebrates 170+1 years of heritage and innovation with Sarah Andelman. The French curator has chosen 8 surprise guests recognized for their creative audacity and their French touch.
Art and material. Architect-designer India Mahdavi and AIGLE translate the hidden face of craftsmanship into colours. The emblematic white stripes reveal the natural rubber inserts, hand-assembled by our master bootmakers.

The boot is made from natural rubber to ensure it is totally waterproof. Not a single pair slips through the cracks: every pair of boots produced is tested for watertightness! The boot is filled with air and then immersed in water. If no bubbles appear, it fulfills its purpose and is ready for you to wear.
