Make a return
To make a return, please click here and follow the instructions below:
Please note that we are unable to offer international exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store.
- Find your order thanks to your order ID (in your confirmation email) and email address.
- Select the items you want to return and the return reason.
Please notice that some items are not eligible for return. You will find the list in our FAQ.
- Choose your return method
- Print the documents.
Your return note must be put inside the parcel & your return label (except if you choose self postage) must affixed securely to the outside of the package.
PS: For boots and shoes, do not stick the label directly on the box, but on the package.
- Prepare your parcel.
In the package, place the item(s) you want to return (in its original packaging, not worn, washed, damaged, with its tags and any accessories or gifts). Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded.
Please ensure the items returned are packaged into ONE parcel and drop it in your nearest point.
If you choose self postage (only available for EU countries): we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
If you choose a return with DHL, go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points. To schedule a pickup by a DHL courier, follow the instructions here.
- Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items. Return fees will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached the International Return Hub and has been inspected.
